Having been raised by her grandparents, she developed a passion for serving older adults and understands their unique vulnerabilities. Angela is a strategic, results-driven leader who excels in executing plans efficiently, ensuring operational excellence, driving financial growth for investors, and enhancing the quality of life for seniors and their families.

Bharat Kona

Managing Partner

Bharat Kona is a full-time commercial real estate sponsor and operator with 868 units across six states. He has completed full investment cycles on two assets, delivering nearly 2x returns. Previously, he spent 25 years leading teams in technology in Silicon Valley. He holds a Master’s in Engineering and an MBA.

Bharat empowers individuals to move beyond traditional investments, using alternative assets to build passive income and long-term wealth. Based in the Sacramento area, he’s a long-distance runner, traveler, and advocate for education for underprivileged children.

Nitin John Abraham

Managing Partner

Nitin John Abraham is both a real estate investor and construction manager, with a background in architecture and construction and facilities management. Over the past five years, Nitin has successfully acquired and managed over 200+ multifamily units and 50,000 sq ft of industrial space across Arkansas, California, Missouri and North Dakota. His expertise includes thorough market research, due diligence, financial analysis, negotiation, and asset management, ensuring sustained growth and favorable returns.
